Reach out via my website, email, or give me a ring. I'll reply warmly and promptly, letting you know my availability and answering any early questions you may have. From the very first message, my aim is to make the process feel easy, friendly, and reassuring.

We book a relaxed video call or phone chat to get to know each other. This is where you share your story, your hopes, and the atmosphere you want to create. It's also your chance to feel whether I'm the right celebrant for you. No pressure, just a friendly conversation.

If it feels like a good fit, I'll send you a simple booking form, my terms and conditions, and an invoice for the booking fee. Once the booking fee is paid, your date is fully secured in my diary, and we can begin shaping your ceremony together.

I'll send you a beautifully crafted questionnaire designed to draw out your story, your personalities, and the details that make your ceremony unique. You can complete it together, separately, or with a cup of tea and your dog on your lap. Take your time – this is where the magic starts.

We meet again, online or in person, to explore your ideas, talk through rituals, readings, music, and the overall shape of your ceremony.

For weddings: This is where we dive into vows, symbolism, and the emotional beats of the day.

For funerals: A gentle, compassionate conversation where I listen deeply and help you honour your person with truth and warmth.

For namings and other ceremonies: We talk about what this moment means to you and how we can make it feel special, meaningful and true to your family

This is where I craft your ceremony from scratch, weaving your story, your humour, your quirks, your values, and your voice into something beautifully personal. You'll receive a draft to review, and we refine it together until it feels right.

For weddings and vow renewals, if you'd like one, we can rehearse in person or online. We'll walk through entrances, pacing, positioning, and any symbolic elements so everyone feels relaxed and confident and ready for the moment itself.

I arrive early, check in with your venue and key people, and make sure everything flows smoothly. Then I lead your ceremony with warmth, presence, humour, and gentle theatricality, holding the space so you can simply be in the moment and enjoy every beat of it.

You receive a keepsake copy of your ceremony script to treasure. For funerals, I also provide a printed or digital copy of the tribute for your family. I stay in touch for future milestones – vow renewals, namings, anniversaries – or simply to cheer you on as your story continues.
